The Quiet Face of Angel 24: Exploring Sora from Blue Archive
In the sprawling, chaotic academy city of Kivotos, where high school students heavily armed with firearms roam the streets and tackle massive crises, quiet moments of normalcy are hard to come by. Yet, every player of Blue Archive knows the comforting stability of stepping into the Angel 24 convenience store. Manning the counter through every major crisis, tactical operation, and calm afternoon is Sora, the game’s beloved and humble shop clerk.
Unlike the vast majority of characters in Blue Archive who attend high school, Sora stands out by virtue of being a middle school student. Petite, with striking blue eyes and exceptionally long blonde hair parted neatly at the forehead, she wears the signature uniform of the Angel 24 chain. Located right inside the Schale building, the store serves as a frequent pitstop for Sensei, making Sora a constant companion throughout the player’s daily routine.
Sora’s personality defines her charm. While she is endlessly polite and dedicated to her work, she is also notably shy and perpetually a bit nervous. Dealing with eccentric students, sudden mercenary threats, and the heavy responsibilities resting on Sensei’s shoulders can occasionally overwhelm her, but her earnest desire to do a good job never wavers. Voiced by Coco Hayashi, Sora’s soft-spoken voice lines add a layer of warmth and grounded reality to the otherwise over-the-top military-academy setting.
For Sensei and players alike, Sora represents a welcome anchor of peace. Whether buying items, managing resources, or just dropping by between intense main story chapters, seeing Sora behind the Angel 24 counter is a comforting reminder of the everyday life that makes protecting Kivotos so worthwhile.
